Q. Do you have a list of 'NO' ingredients?
A. Yes, all URJA products are formulated WITHOUT:
- Polyethylene Glycol (PEGs)
- Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)
- Synthetic Fragrance / Dyes
- EDTA, Ethanolamines (MEA/DEA/TEA)
- Drying Alcohols
- 1,4-Dioxane, Hydroquinone
- Animal-derived ingredients
Q. Are URJA products made in the U.S.?
A. Yes. All URJA products are developed in our own lab, directed by our veteran cosmetic chemist, in Scottsdale, Arizona. We source effective, clean, trusted ingredients from around the world.
Q. What is the shelf life of your products?
A. URJA products have been tested to ensure a two-year shelf life. Since our formulas use high performing ingredients, many at clinical levels, we recommend using your URJA products within 6 months of opening. To help further ensure efficacy and safety of the products, we chose opaque, airless packaging so the formulas are not exposed to potential contaminants from light, air or fingers.
Q. What is the URJA “scent” in Face Wash, Face Oil + Rollerball?
A. URJA combines a natural, custom blend of adaptogens (plant extracts) to not only soothe the skin but also to help improve the body’s ability to adapt to stress and calm the mind. These plant extracts evoke a unique scent for a memorable moment of Zen.
Q. Is everything in your products 100% natural?
A. All URJA products are at least 98% natural. When it comes to how we formulate, we lead with natural, high-performing ingredients always. Occasionally, natural doesn’t mean better or safer. If there is a more efficacious, clean synthetic ingredient, then we will consider it. We’ve sourced the finest ingredients and use them at levels that will make a genuine difference to your skin’s health and appearance.
Q. What is CBD?
A. CBD is one of over 100 natural compounds found in the cannabis plant. CBD is known to interact with the body’s own endocannabinoid system; an internal system that helps regulate, balance, and restore many of our body's vital functions, including healthy skin function. Ongoing research suggests that imbalances within this system may contribute to skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis. CBD appears to bind to receptors in the skin that regulate the processes that affect inflammation, stress, and pain. While more clinical research is needed, CBD and its evolving benefits to the skin are very exciting. URJA uses certified organic, hemp-CBD isolate.

Q. How much is the sales tax?
A. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
Q. Does URJA ship Internationally?

Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. URJA currently does not accept PayPal or ApplePay. Please note we do not accept international credit cards, checks or money orders.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. To check the status of your order, simply log into your URJA personal account on the My Account page. You will have a chance to enter your email, order number and personal password. All orders purchased within 30 days will be saved for you. Any orders delivered later than 30 days please contact our Customer Care team and someone will assist you.

Q. Is your packaging recyclable?
A. At this time, in order to protect our formulations, some elements of our packaging are not 100% recyclable. Our exterior boxes are recyclable and we encourage it.
